- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Work with the Digital Experience team to expand user-centred research and design capabilities in EMEA
- Shape and embed service design practices that support digital transformation across the firm
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop user-centered services
- Demonstrate practical application of service design toolkit in projects
- Communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
