Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience managing Microsoft 365 administration and cloud service governance, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- We require a minimum of 5 years experience supporting M365 products and services in an enterprise environment.
- We are looking for excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- We need someone with a proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- We require experience working with ticketing systems and meeting SLA requirements.
- Familiarity with Purview, Defender, and the Office 365 Suite is desirable.
Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to administer, configure, optimise, and support Microsoft 365 services as part of our BAU operations.
- We expect you to focus on Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- You will help ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of collaboration and productivity services across our organisation.
- You will work in line with best practice governance and compliance standards.
- You will collaborate closely with our security, infrastructure, governance, and support teams.
- You will help deliver a high-quality user experience and drive adoption of M365 capabilities.
- You will support strategic projects by handling day-to-day support, escalations, and product management.
- You will maintain and enhance our M365 environment.
- You will use your broad understanding of Microsoft 365, the Office Product Suite, and related applications to support our teams remit.
