Must:
To be considered for the Head of CRM position, you should have a solid background in CRM solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. This includes expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Campaigns. You must have your own transport and be willing to work four days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
As the Head of CRM, you will take hands-on management over a large Zoho suite and will be working closely with a team of three Zoho specialists. Your key responsibilities will include CRM implementation, development, integration, and customization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and compliance, to optimize workflows and automation, improve data usability, establish and maintain CRM governance, and develop CRM road mapping and best practices.

This newly created position offers a salary of £80,000 and a generous bonus of approximately 10%. The role will require you to be in the office four days a week, with one day working from home.
