Requirements
Must:
- Several years of experience working with Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Analytics
- Experience as a Zoho support analyst
- Ability to provide user training on the Zoho suite
- Proficiency in supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes, user account setup and permissions
- Skills in configuring and supporting dashboards, CRM automation, and CRM customisation
- Strong problem-solving capabilities for general admin and support issues
- Excellent communication skills for working with users at all levels
Responsibilities
- Provide user training on the Zoho suite

- Set up user accounts and manage permissions
- Configure and support dashboards
- Implement CRM automation and customisations
- Offer day-to-day general admin and support to resolve issues
- Identify and implement system improvements
Description
We are a leading and growing finance firm based in Northampton, offering an exciting opportunity for a Zoho CRM Support Administrator. We value hard work and dedication, and in return, we provide a competitive salary of £40,000 along with an up to 15% bonus. Our role requires you to work five days a week in the office, collaborating across the business to support users at all levels while working on the latest CRM technology.
