Requirements
Must:
- Solid CRM solutions background within the Zoho ecosystem
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk & Zoho Campaigns
- Proven ability to manage CRM implementation, development, integration & customization
- Strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across various departments
- Ability to optimize workflows and automation
- Experience in establishing and maintaining CRM governance and strategy
- Must have own transport for commuting to the office
Responsibilities
- Manage a large Zoho suite as the Head of CRM Development
- Collaborate with a team of 3 Zoho specialists
- Oversee CRM implementation and customization projects
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and compliance departments
- Optimize workflows and enhance data usability across the organization
- Establish and maintain CRM governance and best practices
- Develop and execute the overall CRM strategy and road mapping
Description
We are seeking a Head of CRM Development for a newly created position within our SME located on the outskirts of Northampton. This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, with the flexibility of 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. Our team consists of dedicated Zoho specialists, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Zoho ecosystem and will play a vital role in optimizing our CRM systems. We also offer a generous bonus of up to 15%.
