Junior Business Analyst

- Build knowledge of the business, its products, processes, and standard operating procedures - Assist with project startup and initiation phases to help identify and document project objectives and benefits - Elicit, validate, and document business requirements for various IT products - Design and recommend improvements to new and existing processes and systems - Produce as-is and to-be process maps - Create wireframes and mock-ups to support business requirements - Liaise with business SMEs and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet project objectives and deliver the best user experience - Raise potential project risks, issues, and blockers - Collaborate with wider project team members and provide support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support, etc.) - Assist with triaging and validating bugs - Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and project retrospectives, both in products and BA techniques
