- Solid PowerShell skills
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Full Microsoft Certifications desirable
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware and software deployment across IT infrastructure
- Provide monitoring, security, and reporting for IT systems
- Engage in all aspects of 3rd line BAU user support
- Participate in project work related to IT infrastructure
