Requirements
Must:
To be considered suitable for this role, you should have a strong background in IT architecture that encompasses business, data, applications, and infrastructure. Experience within the retail sector is essential, along with a good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, familiarity with security frameworks, particularly ISO27001, is important. We are looking for someone with a background in delivering modernization and transformation programs, and you must possess strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively at a senior level.
Responsibilities
As our Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture strategy across IT. You will work collaboratively with the wider team and senior stakeholders to align business transformation goals with technology solutions. Your duties will include defining architecture standards and frameworks, guiding junior team members, and creating a comprehensive overview of the current IT environment. You will develop future technology roadmaps and engage with senior stakeholders and third-party technology providers. Additionally, you will plan the transition away from legacy systems to new digital technology and oversee cloud migration efforts as part of our commitment to IT modernization and transformation.
