Requirements
Must:
To be considered for the Enterprise Architect role, we expect you to have a strong background in IT architecture across business, data, applications, and infrastructure. Experience within the retail sector is essential. You should also possess a good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with a solid grasp of security frameworks like ISO27001. Additionally, we require a proven track record in delivering modernization and transformation programs, as well as strong communication skills to effectively present to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the architecture strategy across our IT function. You will work closely with the wider team and senior stakeholders to strategically align business transformation goals with technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining architecture standards and frameworks, guiding junior team members, and creating a comprehensive overview of our current environment while developing future technology roadmaps. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders and third-party technology providers to plan the transition away from legacy systems to embrace new digital technologies and cloud migration.

This position offers a salary of up to £75k, plus bonus, healthcare, and additional benefits. While we have offices in the East Midlands area, this role allows for full remote work.
