Requirements
Must:
- 2 years experience in an IT support or systems role
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with endpoint configuration, compliance, patching, and application management
- Competence in writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts
- Confidence in managing patching and application deployments
- Desirable: Microsoft endpoint or device management certifications or willingness to pursue them
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day endpoint management across the organisation
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and evolution of IT services
- Manage endpoint configuration, compliance, patching, and application management
- Work with technologies including Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Microsoft 365
- Improve automation, security, and device lifecycle management
- Support infrastructure projects and security hardening initiatives
- Act as a technical escalation point for the Service Desk
Description
We are a leading organisation within the UKs energy and environmental infrastructure sector, committed to delivering critical infrastructure services. This role offers hybrid working, with two days in our Central London office, one day at our site near Kent, and two days working from home. We provide a technically varied role with genuine scope to make an impact, ideal for a mid-level engineer looking to step up in responsibility. The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
