Requirements
Must:
- Several years of experience working with and supporting a mainstream CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot, Odoo, Remedy, MondayCRM)/n- Basic coding skills with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and/or Python/n- Excellent communication skills to support users at all levels
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for CRM users/n- Setup user accounts and manage permissions/n- Configure and support CRM dashboards/n- Implement CRM automation and customisation/n- Provide day-to-day general admin and support to resolve issues/n- Work on system improvements and coding tasks as needed

We are a leading and growing finance firm located in Northampton, offering a newly created position for a CRM Support Administrator. This role provides a competitive salary of £40,000 with the potential for up to a 15% bonus. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on the latest CRM technology in a collaborative office environment, fully dedicated to supporting our users 5 days a week.
