Requirements
Must:
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of UK working experience.
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016-2022, Hyper V, Office 365, Azure AD, and Networking.
- Knowledge of Virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Power BI is advantageous, with training provided if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills as you will interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong team player mentality and motivation to drive the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd Line IT Support for our clients as part of a UK MSP.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage asset management of both hardware and software.
- Design, build, and deploy server architecture, ensuring supporting documentation meets company standards.
- Analyze current resource usage and determine future requirements to meet IT service targets.
- Monitor performance against contractual service targets and take action as necessary.
- Serve as a point of escalation for support calls.
