Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP HCM & Finance
- Proven experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases for SAP HCM & Finance implementations
- Proficiency in SAP configurations and processes
- Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks is preferred
- Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
- Experience in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and objectives
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for SAP HCM and Finance modules
- Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools
- Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of delivered software solutions
- Provide clear and detailed reports on testing activities and results
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Assist in training team members on testing best practices and tools
