Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an experienced Observability Engineer with several years of hands-on expertise in Dynatrace, particularly in building advanced dashboards. You should possess a strong understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs, and traces. Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and time-series databases is essential. Familiarity with APM tools, application behavior, and performance troubleshooting is also required. We value knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization, specifically Kubernetes. You must understand programming languages such as Java and Python, along with microservices and modern application architectures. A solid grasp of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as networking fundamentals, is important. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are a must.

In this role, I will rely on you to build advanced Dynatrace dashboards that deliver clear visibility into our system performance. You will apply your understanding of observability concepts to enhance our monitoring coverage. Utilizing tools like Prometheus and Grafana, you will support our observability needs. You will also work with APM tools to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application behavior. Collaboration with teams across cloud and container platforms will be essential, and leveraging your knowledge of application technologies will help you interpret monitoring data effectively. You will be responsible for providing clear reporting and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
