Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 4–7 years of experience in a Service Desk, IT Support, or Desktop Support role. You should have strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows OS (10/11) administration
- macOS support and device management
- Laptop/desktop hardware diagnostics and repair
- Supporting a large-scale environment (500+ users)
Additionally, proficiency in the following areas is essential:
- Active Directory/Azure AD
- Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
- Endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or equivalents)
- A strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation are critical. We value individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively within our IT team.
Responsibilities
As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will provide high-quality technical support across our UK office. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring an excellent end-user experience. You will be responsible for addressing the needs of our employees and solving their technical challenges efficiently.
Description
Preferred qualifications include an ITIL Foundation certification, which would be advantageous. Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy is also a plus.
