Requirements
Must:
As a candidate for the Senior Software Developer (C++ Developer) position, you should have at least 4 years of development experience along with L3 support experience. You need to demonstrate full technology stack exposure, particularly with Linux, TCP, UDP networking, Ansible, and Jenkins. A minimum of 2 years of development experience in Java is essential, and while experience in C++ is beneficial, familiarity with FIX/ITCH or any market connectivity protocols is also required. Exposure to KDB/Q is advantageous. We highly value excellent communication skills, as you will be interfacing with tech management, the Quantitative Strategies Group, the trading desk, and vendors. Additionally, you should have full SDLC experience and proficiency with tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Ansible. A solid foundation in programming, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and multi-threading, is crucial. The ideal candidate will also be a strong team player.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to engage in software development and provide support as part of our team. You will work on full technology stack integration, utilizing your knowledge of networking protocols and development tools. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including tech management and trading desks, ensuring effective communication and project alignment. Your involvement in the software development lifecycle will be essential, as well as your contributions to the team's success through your programming skills and collaborative efforts.
