Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five developers to maintain and improve internal software systems
- Oversee the design and contribution to programming tasks
- Understand business needs and liaise with users for well-defined enhancements
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Support developers in using a variety of technologies
- Report to the Head of Systems, DB & API
- Build key relationships with heads of Accounts, Global Operations, Support, as well as Sales Director and Sales Managers
