Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who have full-stack engineering experience, particularly with .NET, WPF, and microservices. A strong understanding of scalable architecture and cloud technologies, ideally Azure, is crucial. We value a passion for clean code, effective testing, and modern DevOps practices. Additionally, experience in leading agile teams and delivering high-impact solutions is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing agile development team while remaining hands-on with coding to guide technical delivery. You will own the full software development lifecycle and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. We expect you to drive the greenfield development of applications and APIs and champion automated testing and CI/CD practices. Mentorship of developers to grow the team's capabilities and continuous improvement of processes, quality, and team culture will be key aspects of your role.
