Responsibilities
As a Technical Software Vendor Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to and executing against the vendor stakeholder management plan.
- Building and maintaining a network of Arup technical software stakeholders (Users, Subject Matter Experts, Skills Network Leads).
- Attending, recording, and communicating outcomes from regular internal stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and represent vendor offerings both commercially and technically.
- Managing everyday interfaces with the Arup procurement, cybersecurity, technical support, and software deployment teams.
- Supporting Arup initiatives related to third-party technical software as required.
- Managing vendor-related activities, including project management of customer success activities and coordinating software adoption and scaling plans.
- Capturing and reporting on vendor KPI data as well as managing vendor-related communications to the global Arup technical software user community.
