Requirements
Must:
- Technical experience in geospatial applications (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Portal, QGIS)
- Experience in spatial data processing, management, and assurance across large or complex projects
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (FME, Python, SQL, Arcade, ModelBuilder)
- Knowledge of spatial data governance, schemas, metadata, and structured delivery within project environments
- Experience in BIM/GIS integration, digital delivery workflows, or common data environments
- Ability to translate business or engineering needs into meaningful maps and spatial insights
- Strong time, task, and project management skills to deliver work to deadlines
- Understanding of spatial data structures, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Confidence working independently within established workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication of technical concepts
- Collaborative mindset and sensitivity to both internal and external client needs
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging digital and geospatial technologies
- An undergraduate or masters degree in a relevant subject (e.g. GIS, Remote Sensing/Earth Observation, Geography, Geoinformatics, Environmental Science) or equivalent industry experience with at least 3 years in the consultancy sector
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality geospatial analysis and develop spatial models
- Produce compelling visualisations for multidisciplinary teams
- Advise teams on the effective use of geospatial information
- Manage spatial datasets and integrate them with wider project data
- Contribute to evidence-based recommendations for clients
