Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with 15+ years of experience progressing through technical roles to a Solutions Architect level.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (migration, deployment, management), Microsoft 365, Modern Endpoint Management and Security, Hyper-V/VMware (on-premises and hybrid), and Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, NAT, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Required certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
- Preferred certifications are Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, and DevOps Engineer Expert.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to design and implement modern IT infrastructure solutions focused on Azure, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- You will lead technical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- It will be your responsibility to produce detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and project plans.
- You should collaborate with clients to define IT roadmaps, provide expert guidance, and recommend future-state solutions.
- Conducting infrastructure and cyber risk assessments and supporting Microsoft 365 adoption projects will be a part of your role.
- You will act as a senior escalation point for technical teams.
- Partnering with Project Management and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery will be a key component of your job.
- Supporting pre-sales initiatives, including technical design, proposals, and solution validation, will also be expected.
- Lastly, I want you to drive innovation within our Azure product portfolio and cloud services.
