Must:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong focus on Business Central. You must demonstrate proficiency in AL, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and other relevant programming languages for Dynamics 365 development. Hands-on experience managing and collaborating with offshore partners and internal stakeholders is essential, along with strong communication skills to engage effectively across different teams and seniority levels. Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers is highly desirable.
In addition, you should have a solid understanding of the release process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deployments, as well as experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), source control management (SCM), and CI/CD practices. Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions, as well as knowledge of data migration and management within Business Central, would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead an in-house and offshore development team to deliver innovative Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions. I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and balance business requirements effectively. Overseeing the release process is crucial, ensuring timely, high-quality deployments while customizing, extending, and integrating Business Central with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware is a key aspect of my role.
I will work within Agile and DevOps methodologies to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Supporting quality assurance by conducting testing to ensure accuracy and functionality, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with development standards will also be part of my responsibilities. Furthermore, I will develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to service teams for smooth knowledge transfer and user adoption.
