Requirements
Must:
- Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
- Willingness to learn CMS platforms, SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Flask.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with first or second-line technical support preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Office, Office 365, and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain internal applications and systems.
- Build workflows, forms, reports, scripts, APIs, and integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute innovative solutions.
- Test, deploy, and document system updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects and integrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues.
