Senior Security Analyst

- 4–5 years in Security Engineering, SOC, or Incident Response roles - Hands-on incident response experience with triage, investigation, containment, and recovery - Proficiency with SIEM systems (Microsoft Sentinel strongly preferred) - Experience with EDR/XDR tools such as Defender, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne - Strong understanding of IAM, PIM/PAM, and access hardening - OS security hardening expertise for both Windows and Linux - Knowledge of network security concepts including firewalls and IDS/IPS - Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Tenable, Pentera, Varonis, and Secure Score - Experience in compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, and SOC2 - Skills in threat hunting, threat intelligence application, and proactive monitoring - Knowledge of security models and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10 - Proficiency in PowerShell; familiarity with Python or Bash is desirable - Security automation experience for policy enforcement, scanning, and rule tuning - Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH, and CISSP are beneficial
