Must:
We are looking for someone with a rare mix of strategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen—a seasoned Enterprise Architect who can bridge the gap between business ambition and technology delivery. Key skills and experience include:
- Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect in complex, multi-system environments.
- Experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies from a greenfield state.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working directly with C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of integration, systems rationalization, and technology governance.
- Commercially astute, able to link technology strategy to tangible business outcomes.
- Professional services or law sector experience is advantageous, but not essential.

- Lead the creation of a greenfield enterprise architecture strategy aligned to our firm's commercial objectives.
- Work directly with the C-suite and senior leadership to influence and guide business direction through technology.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and improved client experience through unified technology.
- Define and govern architecture principles, ensuring technology decisions drive measurable business value.
- Lay the foundations for an architecture capability that will scale with the firm's continued growth.

Following a series of strategic acquisitions, we now operate with multiple systems, processes, and platforms. As our first dedicated Enterprise Architect hire, you will have the unique opportunity to establish the architecture function from the ground up. Working hand-in-hand with C-suite executives, you will shape how we operate, compete, and deliver outstanding client service in a modern, digital-first environment.
