Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years experience in an MSP environment delivering technical projects or advanced 2nd/3rd line work
- Strong technical capability in server, cloud, networking, security, and telecom technologies
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs
- Ability to conduct IT audits and provide clear findings and recommendations
- Relevant certifications (highly desirable): Microsoft MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, Cisco CCNA, CCNP
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT, cloud, networking, and telecom projects to a high standard
- Install, configure, and migrate systems including servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure
- Conduct pre-installation checks and risk assessments
- Collaborate with Project Managers for workload planning and milestone tracking
- Produce detailed project documentation including implementation plans and reports
- Support customer go-lives and out-of-hours project work as necessary
- Attend customer sites for audits, onboarding, and issue resolution
- Act as a technical lead during customer engagements and ensure smooth transitions to BAU
- Maintain accurate documentation for all project work
- Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
