Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of multi-cloud environments and associated technologies
- Experience with automation concepts, frameworks, and tools
- Proficient in Windows Server Operating Systems and server hardware support
- Knowledge of hypervisors, hypervisor replication, and DR technologies
- Familiarity with firewalls and VPN solutions (preferably Cisco and Fortigate)
- Experience with modern backup and DR toolsets
- Understanding of public cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to translate designs into live solutions
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker Swarm) is a plus
- Knowledge in APIs and SDKs for integration/automation (REST, JSON, PowerShell, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Support and develop a MultiCloud platform for our customers
- Deliver dedicated customer cloud environments including Private Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service
- Serve as an escalation point for Service Desk Third Line engineers to assist with incident resolution
- Engage closely with customers, end users, and technical partners to ensure satisfaction
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery of platform projects
- Participate in the creation and updating of low-level designs with architects and third-line engineers
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance
