Requirements
Must:
- Full UK Drivers license
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows or Linux Operating Systems, Storage, Backups & Networking
- Familiarity with Ticket Management to an ITIL Standard
- Experience with Service-Now, VMware, and Office 365
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and own support tickets
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and participate in troubleshooting conference calls for root cause analysis on critical system issues
- Provide second-line technical support to internal and external customers while maintaining service levels
- Perform daily health checks of core service platforms
- Conduct regular maintenance and patching of core service platforms
- Create and maintain technical knowledgebase documentation
