Requirements
Must:
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Office 365.
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full clean driving license.
- Full DBS Check required.
- At least one years previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support on a variety of devices and systems to assigned schools.
- Work with the Ark service desk to resolve issues reported to them.
- Offer proactive and practical advice on equipment that is reaching end of life or may need upgrading.
- Liaise onsite with third-party representatives, such as photocopier suppliers and visitor signing in system suppliers.
- Collaborate with our professional and friendly team of engineers on new projects and daily operations.
