Requirements
Must:
- Relevant experience in IT engineering and support
- Strong knowledge of voice and data networks
- Proficiency in Cisco technology and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving skills for second and third-line support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to travel to various locations for support
- Experience with hybrid working environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and support voice and data networks
- Provide hardware and software support
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests, issues, and incidents
- Engage with a professional team to enhance business support
- Participate in regular team meetings and in-person engagements
- Travel to Council offices and schools as needed for network support
