Requirements

Must:
- Minimum qualification of HND in an IT discipline - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly supporting users within a large Microsoft domain - Strong skills in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications - Experience with Microsoft 365 environment - Experience in scripting and remote support - Experience in developing, patching, and deploying MS builds - Excellent customer service skills

We are Argyll and Bute Councils ICT Department, currently seeking a Senior IT Engineer within our ICT Desktop Team. This is a full-time permanent position, working 35 hours a week in a fully Office-based environment, with a focus on providing hardware and software support within a collaborative team.
