Must:
- I am looking for a candidate who has demonstrated success in line management.
- Extensive experience in C# .NET and JavaScript (React/Typescript) is required.
- I seek someone with a strong background in solutions architecture and technical leadership roles, along with knowledge of software development across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a leadership style focused on aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives, contributing to the overall technical strategy, and supporting commercial goals.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is essential.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to work closely with the senior management team to transform requirements into technical features and help shape the technical direction of our business.
- You will manage an existing team that is poised for growth over the coming year.
- Building innovative features will be a key part of your role.
- You will investigate and adopt new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance our products and improve solution delivery.
- Contributing to defining the roadmap and managing its delivery will also be part of your responsibilities.
- I trust you will work to improve our ways of working and overall software outputs.
Description
This position is for a Tech Lead or a Senior Developer with line management experience, offering a salary between £80,000 and £85,000. We operate in a hybrid environment in London and are focused on innovation within our industry-leading platform. This role involves a blend of hands-on coding and line management, and it is crucial to our ongoing success.
Additionally, while not essential, experience with the Swift programming language, building cross-platform mobile applications, familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub actions would be advantageous.
