Requirements
Must:
We require you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. You should possess knowledge of common web and platform technologies, including XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS. Additionally, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation is required. Having certifications such as CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, and ITIL v4 Foundation would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing on the ServiceNow platform to meet various business and client requirements. You will engage with the Operate team and other GIS teams to analyze, document, and report on completed work, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Your tasks will also include implementing new functionalities for customers while adhering to ServiceNow best practices, assisting in troubleshooting during ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management, as well as providing thorough analysis of problems and proposing possible solutions.

I am offering a hybrid working model, where you would be required to be office-based two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday). The position offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000.
