Requirements
Must:
- Experience with manual testing of websites across multiple browsers and devices
- Experience raising bugs, producing test reports with replication steps & associated imagery
- Experience documenting technical requirements as User Stories
- Analytical skills to anticipate a wide range of use cases and user actions
- Detail-oriented and user-centric approach to QA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- .Net Core experience is a plus
- Experience with regression testing reporting suites (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Experience with representing the testing function in project planning meetings is a plus
- Automation experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Jester, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems (e.g., Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket) is a plus
- Knowledge of Gitlab pipelines or similar job automation software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to quality assure new functionality and iterative improvements
- Help develop and document requirements as user stories
- Participate in documentation reviews
- Coordinate with multiple teams to understand requirements and get issues addressed
- Test the UI to find inconsistencies and issues that are difficult to test automatically
- Manually test releases against a range of devices/browsers and report any defects found
- Assist team members to ensure tasks are tested within project deadlines
- Create and maintain documentation of test results for each project
- Report risks and defects accurately and manage them through to successful resolution
- Report progress of the workload and escalate when necessary
- Assist with the maintenance and further development of automation testing procedures
