Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a team-based Technical Support role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Proficiency in raising, updating, and resolving issues reported to the Support Desk
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong diagnostic skills and logical thinking
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- Microsoft Certification is desirable
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of client projects, both onsite and remotely
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager to resolve issues
- Log and update support tickets for customer issues
- Provide remote support and maintenance for customer PCs, laptops, and servers
- Analyze call logs to identify common trends and underlying problems
- Update technical documentation utilized by the Support Desk
- Diagnose and repair faulty PCs and laptops
- Escalate support tickets to senior members of the Support Desk as needed
