Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT management or senior IT leadership roles.
- Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the internal IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee infrastructure (cloud + on-prem), networking, and core systems.
- Drive IT governance, compliance, and security best practices (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC).
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Support consultancy projects with technical input and client engagement.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and technology roadmaps.

This is a leadership position with hands-on responsibility for IT operations, infrastructure, and security alignment. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage a small team, and ensure systems are resilient, compliant, and future-ready. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping our technology strategy and supporting consultancy projects.
