Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking candidates with hands-on familiarity in Prompt Engineering using LLM frameworks like LangChain. You should possess strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of modern data and ML pipelines. Familiarity with data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT, streaming, and orchestration with tools such as Airflow, Temporal, dbt, and Kafka, is essential. Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, drift detection, evaluation metrics, and governance, is required. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary as you will partner with Product, Platform, and Data teams to bring AI features from concept to production. Additionally, you should have a demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill engineers in data and ML workflows, and you should be skilled in designing, building, deploying, and operating LLM standard model-powered features, including chatbots and RAG systems. Proficiency in traditional cloud AI/ML platforms, such as Amazon Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is also important. We are looking for candidates with 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3 years in traditional AI/ML and 1 year building LLM applications on standard models. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
