This role is situated within a national technical support team that operates seamlessly across two locations. We are evolving into a unified technical center of excellence, providing the opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive security platform. Initially focused on fire safety systems, you will handle 1st and 2nd line support queries and, over time, receive training in areas such as access control, door entry, and potentially home automation technologies.
