Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server
- Proficiency with Blazor, Razor Pages, and EF Core
- Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, responsive design
- Solid understanding of web security, application architecture, and database design
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern deployment workflows
- Comfortable managing small projects or teams when needed
- Bonus: Experience with non-web applications (e.g. console apps, desktop tools, or APIs)
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining robust internal and external systems using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server
- Designing secure, scalable, and efficient relational databases
- Taking ownership of projects from analysis to deployment
- Collaborating with a cross-functional, agile team on tech and process improvements
- Contributing to architecture, UX, and security decision-making
- Occasionally supporting junior developers and end users
