Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in fast-paced, hands-on roles.
- I seek a strong track record in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- You must have excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- I expect experience in process mapping, system documentation, and business case development.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development cycles is essential.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (certification is advantageous).
- Experience with business system transformation and process integration is required.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and able to meet SC clearance requirements.
- Comfort in working from our Solihull office three days per week is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to conduct full lifecycle business analysis across internal systems and business processes.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather and define requirements.
- You will produce detailed process maps, documentation, and solution designs aligned with Agile practices.
- I will need you to support post-merger system integration and change initiatives.
- You will assist software teams through the SDLC, including user story development and UAT.
- I expect you to deliver process and systems improvements that directly impact efficiency and cost-saving goals.
Description
We are a leading UK technology and connectivity business seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering internal systems transformation projects. Based in Solihull, this hands-on role is for an experienced analyst who can work across process, systems, and stakeholder functions to drive operational efficiency and measurable business improvements. This role will support and lead initiatives focused on internal applications such as CRM, ServiceNow, and quoting and billing platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and a growing software development team to translate business requirements into high-impact, well-defined deliverables. The position is hybrid, with Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday office-based work required post-probation. I offer a competitive salary between £55,000 and £70,000, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays, private medical cover, income protection, life assurance, enhanced family-friendly leave and pay, an enhanced pension scheme, and career development opportunities within the business.
