Requirements
Must:
- Some experience in an IT support role, internship, or helpdesk environment
- Understanding of Windows OS
- Understanding of Active Directory / user management
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- A proactive attitude, someone who asks questions and takes ownership
- Desirable: IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Desirable: Exposure to ticketing systems
- Desirable: Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries (remote & onsite)
- Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and user accounts
- Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, and basic networking issues
- Logging and managing tickets through to resolution
- Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers
- Delivering excellent customer service and user communication
