Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with over 7 years of experience in IT Service Management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. The ideal applicant will have a deep understanding of ITIL v4 principles and service lifecycle management. Proficiency in Change, Release, and Service Transition management is essential. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. I require candidates to be certified in ITIL Foundation v4, with advanced certifications being preferred. Additional qualifications in project management or service governance frameworks are desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the full Service Lifecycle process, from strategy and design through to operation and continual improvement. You will manage the Service Portfolio, ensuring that all services align with business objectives and deliver ongoing value. Your tasks will include overseeing Release and Change Management, ensuring planned, tested, and controlled deployments. You will facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB), assessing and prioritizing changes across systems and infrastructure. Maintaining governance and compliance in line with internal security and industry standards will be crucial. You will also lead and develop a small team of Lifecycle Analysts and drive stakeholder engagement across IT and business functions to ensure strong communication and effective service outcomes.
