Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT Account Management or IT Sales
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, networks, software, cloud services, and managed IT solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially driven
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Responsibilities
- Account manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Provide IT consultancy, strategic planning, and solution design
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
- Conduct client site visits and build long-term relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business cases
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
