Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in consulting, ideally within cyber, secure information exchange, defence, or government-facing environments.
- Hands-on experience as a Senior Consultant, Architect, Practice Lead, or similar role.
- Natural technical credibility, able to gain the confidence of highly skilled consultants.
- Experience in shaping or maturing consulting practices, methodologies, or capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence direction in high-assurance settings.
- A collaborative and thoughtful leadership style, focusing equally on people and processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Consultants and Architects in secure design, advisory, and customer engagements.
- Serve as the credible technical authority for the function, shaping best practices and enhancing consulting quality.
- Oversee scoping and solution design, ensuring engagements are delivered with clarity and consistency.
- Partner with Product, Delivery, and Sales teams to align consulting activities with customer requirements and strategic priorities.
- Evolve the services catalogue and consulting frameworks as the organization grows and matures its offerings.
- Build strong relationships with mission-focused customers in highly regulated environments.

This is a senior role where you will bring technical credibility, leadership presence, and consulting expertise, earning the team's trust through experience and insight. In this smaller, agile organization, you will work closely with the senior leadership team and have the freedom to influence direction, standards, and ways of working. This position offers genuine leadership in a mission-critical space, allowing you to shape the consulting practice and influence strategy with minimal red tape. You’ll play a vital role in supporting organizations that protect national and organizational security.
