A good sense of UK digital culture and user behavior will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
In this role, I would like you to develop responsive, mobile-first landing pages and microsites that drive lead capture from platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok. You will be responsible for using modern JavaScript (whether Vanilla or lightweight frameworks) to deliver engaging and high-speed front-ends. You'll design and implement effective lead capture forms, which may include multi-step flows and progress indicators. Additionally, you will produce simple banners, UI components, and creative assets using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or AI design tools. I expect you to collaborate with our tight-knit marketing team, testing and optimizing layouts, copy, and flows using analytics and A/B testing. Staying updated on UK media trends—headlines, formats, and topics—and reflecting them in your work is a crucial part of your responsibility. You will prioritize UX, performance, and conversions in every build.
