Requirements
Must:
- Basic coding knowledge: Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to follow guidance and work under supervision.
- General IT understanding, with an awareness of workflow software or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with MySQL or MSSQL concepts through classroom or project experience.
Responsibilities
- Support our customers and internal teams with IT and workflow solutions.
- Work with a variety of software products, learning how to integrate them into client environments.
- Log and track activities and support tickets, adhering to service standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and maintain excellent customer service.
