Requirements
Must:
- Experience launching and commercialising digital, automation or IT-enabled services within Managed Services, SaaS, workflow or document environments.
- Strong commercial judgement; able to build a clear business case, challenge assumptions, and balance opportunity with risk.
- Technical fluency; understanding how automation solutions integrate into wider IT estates (APIs, cloud, security, delivery models) without needing to build them yourself.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling propositions that sales teams can confidently take to market.
- Focus on repeatability, margin and retention rather than one-off wins.
- AI literacy; curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities
- Own our Process Automation portfolio, ensuring alignment between vendors and the sales team.
- Build proper relationships with vendors and challenge them regarding future developments.
- Take opportunities to the Technical Steering Group, providing clarity on ROI, delivery models, and risk understanding.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Directors to ensure clear communication of product value and narrative during launches.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales to develop practical solutions that meet client needs.
- Adapt solutions for various sectors including Commercial, Strategic, and Public Sector, especially in alignment with NHS transformation priorities.
- Think beyond initial signatures to make automation indispensable for clients, ensuring retention when renewals come around.
