Requirements
Must:
- Experience launching and commercialising digital, automation or IT-enabled services within Managed Services, SaaS, workflow or document environments.
- Strong commercial judgement; you can build a clear business case, challenge assumptions, and balance opportunity with risk.
- Technical fluency; you understand how automation solutions integrate into wider IT estates (APIs, cloud, security, delivery models) without needing to build them yourself.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling propositions that sales teams can confidently take to market.
- A focus on repeatability, margin and retention - not one-off wins.
- AI literacy; curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities
- Build proper relationships with vendors rather than transactional ones, challenging them and staying informed about upcoming developments.
- Present opportunities to the Technical Steering Group with clarity, including mapped ROI and defined delivery models.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement and Directors to ensure teams understand product stories, value, and angles during launches.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales to shape real solutions and ensure revenue proves the model works.
- Adapt solutions for Commercial, Strategic, and Public Sector clients, aligning with NHS transformation priorities when relevant.
- Focus on making automation indispensable to clients, so their renewal feels necessary instead of optional.
