Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of technology development experience
- 3+ years of experience in development of front-office equities derivatives systems
- Computer science or equivalent degree
- Demonstrable experience in designing and developing complex server-side functionality in Python
- SQL proficiency, preferably Oracle
- Shell scripting and basic Unix knowledge desirable
- Proficient in writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests
- Comfortable in an agile working environment
- Self-starter and proactive
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other team members, platform teams, sales, trading, structuring, and operations
- Help build applications, services, and tools that drive end-to-end automation
- Implement continuous monitoring, exception alerting, and metrics gathering
- Optimize Treasury workstream to increase STP Rates into Treasury
- Support additional attributes requested by different Treasury Teams
- Drive design and architecture while rationalizing business requirements
- Mentor less experienced developers
- Interact with senior developers across other work streams
