Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support / Senior Support Engineer role
- Strong cloud expertise, particularly AWS
- Excellent skills within MDM technologies such as Intune or JAMF
- Solid knowledge of Identity Management and Single Sign-On solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Active Directory
- Experience with JumpCloud and/or Okta is highly desirable
- Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code principles (IaC) is a plus
- Experience supporting a large enterprise user base (1,000+ users)
Responsibilities
- Acting as the 3rd Line escalation point for complex technical issues
- Delivering and contributing to cloud and infrastructure projects, with real ownership and visibility
- Supporting and developing identity management and SSO platforms
- Working closely with senior managers and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear advice and reassurance
- Supporting and mentoring 2nd Line engineers, helping raise capability and service standards across the team
- Operating in a regulated financial services environment with a strong focus on stability, security and best practice
Description
We are an IT Services company seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team, working with an established financial services organisation based in the City of London. This is a senior support role that offers the opportunity to work in a professional, high-expectation environment while providing a mix of support and project work. We offer full-time, hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home), and you will play a visible role in supporting a sizeable user base of approximately 2,000 users, combining deep technical expertise with strong communication skills.
